6. Video Sessions, Recordings & Messages

Video and audio sessions are transmitted peer-to-peer where possible and are not recorded by default. Recording and transcription happen only when a participant enables them, and all participants should be informed before recording begins.

Messages between users are stored to provide the messaging feature and may be reviewed only for moderation, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.

7. AI Features

Some features use artificial intelligence, such as session summaries, transcripts, message translation, growth suggestions, and content moderation. Content you submit to these features is processed by AI service providers solely to deliver the feature. AI outputs are suggestions and may contain errors; we do not use your private content to train AI models.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Transaction records are retained as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
